• Dedicated Voice network. Computers are on separate internet to any Voice Services.
• Agent Desks/Chairs
• If Required We issue your own Voip account so you make calls (Additional cost. Details at www.callcentrevoip.com)
• Usage of 2 X Training/ Interview room
• Cleaning and office maintenance
• Usage of Company Servers for file storage, FTP files transfer, other usage available. (Major Bandwidth consumption only to be used outside Telephone dialing times)
